    • STANDARD: Lamella width 40-50 mm (uniform size within one board), lamella length 150-600 (random)

    • „AMERICAN BOARD“: Thin lamella glued on wider edge; maximum lamella thickness 60 mm, max. lamella width 20 mm, lamella length 200-500 mm (random)

    BEECH

    • A (four-sides clear): No defects, no heartwood, no knags, no colour nuances
    • B: No knags, no blue stains, max. 25% of red heartwood; few black dots up to 4 mm are allowed
    • A/B (one-side clear): Combination of A + B quality; one side with A quality, B-quality side with max. 25% of red heartwood
    • C „rustic“: No rot, no insect damage, no cracks; red and black heartwood is allowed, black dots up to 8 mm allowed

    OAK

    • A: No sapwood, no knags, no cracks, no black dots
    • B: Sapwood up to 10% of the surface allowed, black dots up to 5 mm allowed
    • C “wild oak”: Sapwood allowed, knags up to 20 mm allowed

    AMERICAN WALNUT

    • A: No sapwood, no knags, no rot; few black dots allowed
    • B: Sapwood up to 10% of the surface allowed, knags up to 10 mm allowed; knag holes filled with a black filler
    • C: Sapwood and knags allowed; knag holes filled with a black filler
